Rates
Weekends: $600 for up to 3 nights and up to 4 guests, $50/night for each additional guest up to 6 maximum. Cash discount price. Cards and Venmo prices are additional 5%

A $200 non refundable deposit is required to hold reservations. Credit cards add 5% bank fee

Cabin is powered by solar and gas generator. Wifi is a cellular hotspot (off grid), We are located on a gravel road that is also an ATV/snowmobile trail. We are located on Otter Creek horse trails. Brantingham ATV with connections to Tug Hill ATV trails..
Cabin is located in forest. Forest creatures are present.
Cabin information
We do not supply any linens (bedding/towels) 1 Queen, 1 full, 2 xl twin beds, 1 full size futon
$50 pet cleaning fee per pet with preaaproval
No smoking in cabin $500 fee per violation
No loud music, no fireworks
Horses
Four horse maximum, must have current rabies and coggins. Additional horse $20/day. Horses must be cleaned up after prior to leaving.
